Retirement Savings Benefits (current as of 06-01-2026): 

401(k) Plan:  Before-Tax & Roth 401(k):
  • Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days / Automatically enrolled at 6% on eligibility date if no action taken
  • 2026: Pre-Tax/Roth (combined) 401k Catch-up Limit – $31,000 ($35,750.00 if you are 60-63 years old) / Pre-Tax 401k/ Roth (combined) Contribution Limit: $24,500.00
  • Company discretionary match – 100% @ 1% and 50% @ 2% – 6% (6% is the max at 3.5%) 
  • 2026: Match based off all earnings up to $360K
  • 2-year vesting schedule (QACA) for company match portion
